I work one on one with your child/young adult to develop strength, coordination, mobility and confidence in their bodies and abilities. This is a local meet up or in person session depending on location.

In group sessions, we add an emphasis on social connection and participation. It is a great opportunity to not only get strong and healthy, but to build friendships and relationships with others in our community.

Sometimes, the ability to speak to a professional and discuss a current or future track for you and/or your child. We will get a little history, talk about long term goals and design the right course action for the direction you would like to move in. Want to know if you are doing the right things to reach your goals? Need help designing a program for you and your family to increase movement and activities?
